If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your tour We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You booked with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Travel Terns Sole Proprietor, FF1, Sneha Roopa Apartments, Geetha Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 500047.
  • Trips refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Trips from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Travel Terns, accessible from https://travelterns.com/
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Trip Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Tour within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so (it is subjective and based on different trips).

The deadline for cancelling a Trip is 7 days before the date on which the trip begins

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Trip is more than 7 days away from the date of your refund email (Subject to the type of trip)
  • The Trip should not be under the non-refundable category

The following Services cannot be refunded:

  • The service is made to Your own specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The service which according to their nature is not suitable to be returned or where the return date is expired.
  • The service is, completed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any service and trips that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Trips may be refunded. Unfortunately, Trips on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
